With over 35 years of experience in technology, and over 20 years in personal development, men's and couples coaching, Paul blends deep technical expertise with a profound commitment to creating spaces where men can grow, heal, and thrive. His work bridges cutting-edge AI with authentic human support to combat male isolation and foster meaningful transformation at scale.
COO & Co-Founder
As the strategic co-founder of Mens Network, Shenny brings a results-driven yet human approach to scaling the organisation and building systems that work. Her commitment to men's wellness is reflected in her ability to create structure, drive sustainable growth, and support long-term impact through thoughtful strategy and strong partnerships. With over 13 years of experience across finance and startups, Shenny has helped build early-stage ventures, refine business models, and lead operational teams through complex challenges.
